phone number), a statement confirming you genuinely believe the use
in question hasn't been authorised by the rights holder or the law,
a statement made under penalty of perjury that your information is
accurate and that you're either the rights holder or authorised to
act for them, and your signature, whether physical or electronic.

What Happens Next

Once we receive a complete and valid report, we'll review it in good
faith, look into the matter properly, and remove or restrict access
to the content if that turns out to be the right course of action.
We aim to handle every report fairly and without unnecessary delay.
If you believe your content was taken down by mistake, you're welcome
to send us a counter-notice at the same email address.
