2. When We Take Payment

Your card or account is charged in full as soon as you place your order. We won't confirm or send out your order until that payment has gone through successfully. If a payment doesn't go through for any reason, we'll let you know by email and your order won't move forward until it's resolved.

3. Currency

As we currently ship only within the United Kingdom, all prices at Zorendo are shown and charged in British Pounds (£).

4. Keeping Your Payment Safe

Every transaction runs through SSL-encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment systems. We never store your card details on our own servers — that information is handled entirely by our certified payment providers, keeping it well away from us and anyone else.

5. About Our Pricing

Prices on zorendo.com may change at any time without advance warning. Discount codes and promotional pricing only apply to orders placed while that specific offer is running, and can't be applied to orders made before or after the promotion.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the process laid out in our Refund Policy, and are always returned to the payment method you originally used. If you notice a billing issue, please contact us at info@zorendo.com first so we can sort it out directly — reaching out to us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank helps us resolve things much faster for you.

7. Keeping Payments Secure

If we suspect an order involves fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method, we reserve the right to pause or cancel it while we look into it. For larger orders, we may occasionally ask for extra verification — this isn't personal, it's simply there to protect you and every other customer shopping with us.
