Welcome to Zorendo. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zorendo. We run this store and website — together with all the content, tools, features and services connected to it — to offer you a reliable shopping experience (referred to here as the "Services"). Our store is built on the Shopify platform, which helps us deliver these Services to you.

These Terms set out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you, when using our Services. Please take a moment to read them properly, as they cover important points including disclaimers and limits on liability.

By browsing, using, or interacting with our Services in any way, you're agreeing to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you'd rather not agree to them, we'd ask that you don't continue using our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you're confirming that you meet the minimum legal age in your country of residence. Accounts are personal to you and can't be transferred, sold, or passed on to someone else. Keeping your login details secure is your responsibility, as is any activity that takes place under your account.

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, but bear in mind that colours and appearance can look slightly different depending on your screen or device. We can't guarantee that a product will look or feel exactly as shown in our store. Descriptions may be updated at any time, and we reserve the right to limit stock or discontinue items whenever necessary.

Section 3 — Placing an Order

Placing an order with us is treated as an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline for any reason. Your order only becomes official once we've confirmed it and received your payment. We'd recommend double-checking everything before submitting. If you need to return or exchange something, that's covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

We may adjust our prices at any time without prior notice, though you'll always pay the price shown at the moment your order is confirmed. Unless we state otherwise, the prices shown don't include taxes, shipping, or any import duties that may apply. It's your responsibility to give us accurate payment details and to keep them up to date.

Section 5 — Delivery

Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or anything else outside our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to you.

Section 6 — Our Intellectual Property

Everything you see on our Services — our branding, text, images, graphics, and how it's all put together — belongs to Zorendo or those we license it from, and is protected under intellectual property law. You're not permitted to copy, distribute, alter, or repost any of it without getting our written permission first. Any rights we haven't specifically granted remain ours.

Section 7 — Third-Party Tools

From time to time we might give you access to tools built by other companies. These are offered exactly as they are, with no guarantees from us about how well they'll work, and we can't be held responsible for any issues that come from using them.

Section 8 — Links to Other Sites

You may occasionally come across links to other websites through our Services. We don't control those sites and can't vouch for their content or how they operate — if you choose to visit them, that's entirely at your own risk.

Section 9 — Our Use of Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify's platform, but any purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and Zorendo. Shopify plays no part in that transaction, and you agree not to hold Shopify or its affiliates responsible for anything arising from your dealings with us.

Section 10 — How Your Data Is Handled

Any personal information you share with us through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our Services, you're confirming that you've read and understood how we handle that information.

Section 11 — Feedback You Share With Us

If you send us ideas, reviews, or any other kind of feedback, you're giving us permission to use, adapt, publish, and share that content however we see fit, without any obligation to pay you for it. You also confirm that you actually have the right to share whatever feedback you send us.

Section 12 — Mistakes and Corrections

Every so often, our store might contain a typo, an incorrect price, or missing information. If that happens, we reserve the right to fix the error, and if needed, cancel or amend any order that was affected by it.

Section 13 — Acceptable Use

Our Services are meant to be used lawfully. That means not using them to break any laws, infringe on someone else's rights, harass or harm other people, spread harmful code, collect people's personal data without permission, or disrupt how the Services work for others. If someone breaks these rules, we reserve the right to cut off their access.

As far as the law allows, Zorendo and everyone connected to us — our team, partners, and licensors — won't be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to your use of our Services or products. This includes things like lost profits or lost data, regardless of the legal basis for the claim, even if we'd been made aware such losses were possible.

Section 17 — Protecting Us From Claims

If a claim, cost, or damage arises because you've broken these Terms, broken the law, or misused our Services, you agree to cover Zorendo, Shopify, and anyone connected to us against that claim.

Section 18 — If Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold Up

Should any part of these Terms turn out to be unenforceable or invalid, that part will simply be removed, while everything else continues to apply as normal.

Section 19 — The Full Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we refer to, make up the complete agreement between you and Zorendo, replacing anything agreed before.

Section 20 — Which Laws Apply

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes relating to your use of our Services will fall under the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Section 21 — Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and where the law requires it, we'll let you know directly. Continuing to use our Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
